Questions about the bill
- What is a credit?
- Credits pay for generation. An image, a video, a batch of captions each draw a different amount, and the app shows the cost before you run anything. Planning, scheduling, approvals and publishing do not cost credits.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Generation stops until the next monthly refresh, or you buy a credit pack. Nothing else in the product stops: your calendar, approvals and publishing keep running.
- When does my partner rate start?
- The day you create your workspace. Your price is held for 14 days from that moment, so you can look around first. Pick a plan within those 14 days to keep it.
- What happens after the six months?
- The partner rate lasts 6 months from the day you create your workspace. Your plan moves to standard monthly pricing at the first renewal after that, and we remind you two weeks before it changes. The app also shows you the end date before you pay.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in both directions, and a change applies straight away. Moving up, you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down, the unused part of your old plan comes off your next invoice, and your included credits carry over up to two months of the new plan.
- What if I need more than 25 brands?
- Extra brands are available on every plan at the price above, so Scale is a starting point rather than a ceiling. If you are running well past 25, talk to us and we will work it out properly.
